What time is check-in and check-out?
- Check-in time is 4pm. If you are arriving early, we will gladly hold your bags until your room is ready.
- Check-out time is at 11am. We do not allow for late checkout; however, if you’re going out for the day we can arrange to hold your bags. And yes, you are always welcome to use the shared spaces at The Traveler.
Do you accept walk-ins without reservation?
- Yes, we do accept walk-ins.
Do you offer luggage storage?
- Yes, if space is available.
Do you provide laundry services?
- Yes, for an additional fee we offer washing and drying services.
Is there a curfew?
- There is no curfew, you can enter and leave as you please.
Is your hostel secure and safe?
- We have a 24hr reception, so our staff always checks who comes in and who leaves the hostel. Every guest has an access key to the room they are staying in and a personal key for an individual locker.
Are the dorms mixed?
- Most of our dorms are mixed. But we do have a Female Dorm.
Do you have a kitchen for guests to use?
- Yes, we have a fully equipped kitchen for guest to cook and store their food.
Are pets allowed?
- Although we love our furry little friends, we sadly do not allow dogs, cats, rabbits, or any other pets to spend the night. It is simply too difficult to keep the rooms to our standard of cleanliness while allowing them to stay.
